TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE


1) The hirer is liable and accepts responsibility for every person/s in his or her party for damages caused by accident or by reckless behaviour.
(DAMAGES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL).

2) Dirt Devils reserve the right to refuse entry and to terminate any booking at any time. If any person/s appear to be under the influence or alcohol and/or drugs they or their parties booking will automatically be cancelled and payment will be forfeited. Strictly no drugs or alcohol to be brought in to or consumed on our grounds (YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE).

3) All protective clothing must be worn at all times (when on the track).

4) You must pay attention to our members of staff and what they say as they are there to ensure your safety as well as that of other riders.

5) Any kind of abusive behaviour towards our staff of other members on the grounds will not be accepted and we will not hesitate to call for police assistance to have you removed.

6) Only one person at any one time is allowed to ride a quad bike
(no sharing).

7) Respect all others at all times.
